Terms and Conditions

1. The classes will run from Monday through Friday except during the following official Italian holidays:
   • Easter Monday
   • 25 April Italian National Holiday
   • 1 May May Day
   • 2 June Italian Republic's celebration
   • 24 June Saint John's Day (Patron Saint of Florence)
   • 15 August Ascension of Mary
   • 1 November All Saints Day
   • 8 December Immaculate Conception
2. Deposit: the school must be informed immediately of any cancellation by letter or telegram. If the cancellation arrives 15 days before the course begins, half the deposit will be returned. However, after this date, the deposit will be retained.
3. Tuition: tuition which has already been paid is never returned to the student because of non-attendance of classes.
4. The school reserves the right to adjust the tuition for the classes according to international financial fluctuations.
5. The number of course hours includes the initial test and the final exam.

Enrollment rules

To enroll in a course it is necessary to send 30% of the cost of the chosen course, in the form of an international postal order or an international check together with two passport size photographs plus the completed enrollment form.
This must be sent to our administrative office which will confirm acceptance in due course by letter.
The remaining sum must be paid on the first day of the course.
If enrollment fee is to be paid via an agency, the payment must be made directly to the agency.
Payments can also be made by paying a deposit with VISA or Mastercard (and giving us the number and expiring date), or by Bank tranfer order:
