Do you want to learn Italian and follow a cooking and wine courses at the same time?
You can choose our special program.

In the morning a standard group course, in the afternoon a wine course, in the evening a session of cooking at the teacher's house.

• maximum of 10 students per class in a group lessons for better quality learning
• each lesson is 55 minutes
• didactic material for the Italian lessons included in the price
• no enrollment fee

Wine course in the afternoon

The course consists of

• Theorical part: discovering the history and the characteristics of different wines
• Practical part: consists of wine tasting which will give you the knowledge about wines from the different regions of Italy

• Italian wine laws and classifications (table wine or denomination of origin I.G.T.- D.O.C.- D.O.C.G.)
• The traditional techniques of cultivation
• Conservation and aging
• Wine tasting and terminology
• wine production
• The northern regions
• The central regions

A cooking lesson at the teacher's house

Learn and prepare authentic Italian, Tuscan and Florentine dishes in a typical Italian atmosphere.

The menu consists of:

• antipasto
• primo

• dolce
• caffè
• vino
